Natural Tapioca syrup is a transparent syrup with a sweet flavor, characterized by a light buttery texture and subtle notes of honey. It is produced by applying natural enzymes to tapioca, free from GMOs, and undergoing filtration and concentration to achieve a thick syrup consistency. Serving as a nutritious substitute for refined sugar, it is both gluten-free and hypoallergenic. Tapioca Syrup

The sweetness is made from the cassava root. This grows mainly in tropical regions. The term tapioca explicitly describes the starch extracted from the plant tuber and can be processed into various products.

There are different ways of producing premium quality tapioca syrup. In each of these, the carbohydrate compounds are broken down into short-chain molecules, which gives the syrup its slightly sweet taste – tapioca is originally largely tasteless.
